 BMA awards Radcliffe three of the best!

Three Radcliffe books were Highly Commended at the British Medical Association’s Medical Book Awards this month, with one, Basic Statistics and Epidemiology, winning the Basis of Medicine category.

Dr Suzy Lishman, Registrar of the Royal College of Pathologists, presents the first prize in Basis of Medicine to Professor Antony Stewart, Professor in Public Health at Staffordshire University for Basic Statistics and Epidemiology.

The books, with details of their categories and the judges’ comments, were:

Basic Statistics and Epidemiology by Professor Antony Stewart (Basis of Medicine).

Viv Martin has been awarded an Honorable Mention (Outstanding Qualitative Book category) by the International Congress of Qualitative Inquiry for her book, Developing a narrative approach to healthcare research. This award honours books that 'signify a major contribution to the study and practice of qualitative approaches'.
